 Admin Ministry: Document Feast proceedings. Oversees overall production and coordinates all technical and creative aspects of sounds and lightning, presentations, and stage setup needed to ensure the quality of each Feast experience.  

 Finance Ministry: Ensure proper recording of Feast assets and resources, prepares and submit financial reports to the Feast Council
